With the right tackle, good rig presentation
and bait, you might think that you have
done everything you need to fool that wary
carp. Cast it out and wait and soon the
runs will begin. Not so. As well as tying
the right rig, your bait can be presented
to the carp in many different ways. Either
on its own, with a handful of free offerings,
over a bed of particles, floating on the
surface, popped up or on the bottom. The
choices are endless.
Within these pages we shall
discuss some of the ways in which you can
present your bait to the carp in as natural
a way as possible, while enticing them to
want to feed and more importantly, to want
your bait.
