Im a 19 year old from birmingham who has fished for ages. I have fished as a specimen fishermen for about 8 yrs now and have caught large fish of most types although never really fished for big carp. I turned to specimen carp fishing in the year 2001 in the March. I put my effort into a 7 acre lake called Penns Hall owned by the takcle shop Fosters of Birmingham. Nowhere near a hall but a very pretty lake all the same. Me and my mate Lee Richards set about tearing the fishing apart week after week with no obvious flaws in our attack and in fairness we did quite well in the season 2001. So go on and have a look at a few of my captures and maybe you could try fishing Penns Hall in the future. |
